Terms of Service

Launch blocker: the legal operator name, postal address, and privacy email must be configured and reviewed by counsel before production traffic is accepted.

Adult accounts only

You must be at least 18 and must be a parent, legal guardian, or authorized caregiver for every child whose information you enter. You are responsible for supervising use and keeping sign-in links and sessions secure.

The service

LullaWonder creates AI-generated children’s stories and optional narration. Outputs can be inaccurate, repetitive, or unsuitable. The adult must review every story before sharing it with a child. LullaWonder is not medical, psychological, educational, or safety advice.

Your content

You keep your rights in information you submit. You give LullaWonder and its processors permission to process that information only to operate, secure, and improve the requested service. Do not submit secrets, addresses, health records, a child’s voice, or information you are not authorized to use.

Private family sharing

An adult may create an expiring link for a selected story to share with grandparents or other trusted family members. Anyone with that link can read the story, so send it only to trusted adults and stop sharing if it is forwarded or no longer needed. Links expire after 14 days and can be revoked from the story while signed in. No recipient account is required.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, evade limits, probe other accounts, automate abusive requests, create unlawful or harmful content, or impersonate another person. Voice cloning is limited to an adult recording their own voice or an adult speaker who has given explicit permission. Never upload or clone a child’s voice.

Trial, subscription, and cancellation

Each verified adult account receives one seven-day trial. Published usage limits apply during trial and paid periods. Current price and renewal interval are shown before Stripe Checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled. You can manage or cancel through Stripe’s customer portal; cancellation normally takes effect according to the terms shown by Stripe. Taxes and refund rights may vary by location.

Availability and termination

We may change or suspend features to protect families, providers, or the service. We may restrict accounts for abuse or legal risk. You may stop using LullaWonder and delete your account, subject to resolving active billing obligations.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Production terms, governing law, refund language, and liability limits require review for the operator’s legal entity and launch markets before release.
